The Group Procurement Manager role is responsible for supplier management, contract negotiation, procurement policies, inventory optimization, and supporting operational excellence across all  Hotels and Lodges locations.

Procurement & Strategic Sourcing

  • Develop and implement group-wide procurement strategies.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
  • Source suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing and contract terms.
  • Standardize purchasing across hotel properties.
  • Manage tender processes and supplier selection.
  • Monitor procurement budgets and spending.
  • Deliver annual procurement savings targets.
  • Analyze purchasing trends and recommend efficiencies.
  • Reduce waste through improved purchasing practices
  • Responsible for the COS of all items in the Group

Experience

  • 5–10 years’ procurement experience, preferably within hospitality or hotels.
  • Experience managing multi-property or regional procurement operations.
  • Strong background in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation.

Salary Expectation

  • R55 000 – R60 000 Negociable

Web Designer.

Luxury Hospitality Group Polokwane.

We are seeking a dynamic, design-savvy Web Designer to evaluate our online presence across multiple ventures – from boutique hospitality and curated furniture to event styling and artisanal coffee experience.

The Web Designer will be responsible to maintain and enhance our WordPress-based websites (WooCommerce, Elementor, etc.),

Design visually compelling layouts using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.

Develop responsive, interactive front-end experiences using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, angular, or Vue.js. Integrate third-party API’s (social media, payment gateways) to enrich user functionality.

Collaborate on branding, UX/UI handoffs, and user journey mapping. Support marketing efforts with analytics, SEO, and CRM integrations.

Must have proven experience in web design and development.

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Shopify, and Dreamweaver. Strong grasp of layout, composition, typography, and brand identity. Strategic mindset with an eye for market trends and growth opportunities. Bonus: Familiarity with Bootstrap, Metrial-UI, Google Analytics, and project management tools.
