To effectively lead administration and financial records working hand in hand with

the Project Manager.

The Company recognizes that although conservation is vital, for it to succeed the needs of the people

(as well as the animals) need to be taken into account.

Making conservation worthwhile for the rural communities will help to ensure that the parks survive.

Provision of basic needs such as access to food, water, education and health services is seen as vital

as without these resources, sustainable development is difficult.

Tertiary Education and 3 years Community Development and Welfare

hands on experience in communities bordering luxurious Game Lodges in South Africa.

To speak Xitsonga language.

Tertiary education in administration, computer literacy and financial reporting

Proven track record in budget management and transparent financial management

Supervising all current projects as set out by the company’s Project.

Networking to build contacts and to keep the ones we already have.

Keeping all records of meetings and communications on file.

All paperwork is signed by relevant people and filed in files in office.

Contracts, meeting minutes and discussions are recorded and filed.

Any issues, needs and problems to be immediately communicated with the General Managers.

Must keep excellent records of all expenses incurred as per the financial record template.

Provide excellent communication to General Managers and Project Manager regarding work done.

Carrying out various all administrative tasks such as guest emails, donor relations,

supplier relations.

Must provide a monthly written report including a summary of work done,

and financial records including expenses incurred and income received.

Ensuring accurate communicate with the Lodges re bookings and posting charges on Protel.

Reconciliation of accounts with the Financial Controller on a monthly basis.

Online Concierge

High End luxurious 5* Game Lodge Group – Rosebank – Johannesburg.

The main responsibility of an Online Concierge is the engagement with the guests of the website; help with general queries

along with the primary objective of securing leads for accommodation requests which are channeled accordingly.

Being the front line individual via this technical space there is only one first impression and it needs to be to the highest standards.

Requirements, Qualifications and Skills:

  • Grade 12
  • Degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management
  • Excellent grasp of the English language and communication skills
  • MS Office Suite proficient and knowledge of southern Africa travel
  • Quick innovative thinker who is eager to help, has great listening skills and is always professional but friendly
  • An excellent eye for the small details, always striving for service excellence
  • A learning attitude, generous nature, observant, intuitive and a self-starter
  • Valid code 8 driver’s license an own reliable transport


  • Online Concierge Portal
  • Maintain a professional service orientated presence of the portal
  • Assist with general inquiries from guests to the website
  • Build trust, rapports and credibility with guests from the outset
  • Assist operators with availability and then channel them to Reservations
  • Assist in linking direct guests with a travel planner and Concierge Executives of Private Travel
  • Be brand ambassador in your dealings, living the Company’s purpose and values

Website and Product Knowledge

  • Assist guests to the website with guidance on aspects of the website and provide information on the request
  • Develop an extensive knowledge of the company’s products and experiences along with a comprehensive awareness of protocol, policies and legalities concerning travel within South Africa
  • Streamline information and responses for continued efficiency according to the company’s protocols

Team Support

  • Own the conversation with guests
  • Proactively contribute towards monthly team meetings, providing regular reports
  • Keep abreast with new experiences, developing tools and technologies particularly within the competitor set
  • Develop the ability to seamlessly “chat” with multiple guest simultaneously without compromising the service delivery it to anyone
  • Maintain and support good relations within the surrounding communities

Salary R 12 000 – R 15 000 including company benefits.
