To assist in the maintenance of the Reserve.
Perimeter fence, road network, pumps – water reticulation and waste management.
The management and implementation of tasks relating to electrified fencing, water and electrical reticulation, roads and dam infrastructure, alien plant, thatch and bush
encroachment control, waste disposal and sewerage management, problem animal control, game and other reserve related activities.
The above position will suite a candidate who is self-motivated, can work independently and is honest by nature.
At least 3 years of proven success working in the relevant field and experience on all MS Office programs is required.
R 15 000 – R 17 000 includes accommodation and pension fund after probation.

- Field Guide / Game Ranger in Madikwe Game Reserve (Big 5 area)
- Conducting Game Drives & Bush walks with guests
- Overall responsibility to ensure a high quality bush experience to assigned guests
- Being part of Rhulani’s Ranger team of 5 guides in total
- Prepared to help in other areas of the lodge, especially in maintenance, if required
Requirements:
- Experience on the job as a field guide in a similar environment (Big5 reserve) and at a lodge of similar level (high end, 5 Star)
- FGASA Level 2 qualification (NQF 4)
- Full Trails Guide qualification and being able to conduct bush walks will be considered as a plus
- Excellent communications and entertaining skills
