A distinguished luxury property is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team.

This role ensures impeccable cleanliness, top-tier service, and the highest operational standards throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet four-star standards.

  • Manage budgets, inventories, and procurement of housekeeping supplies and linens.

  • Implement and uphold housekeeping systems, procedures, and health & safety regulations.

  • Lead and develop the housekeeping team, ensuring training, motivation, and performance excellence.

  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless guest experiences.

  • Address and resolve guest requests and concerns professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Matric & computer literacy.

  • A Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).

  • 4 – 5 years’ housekeeping experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role at a luxury hotel.

  • Strong operational and technical housekeeping knowledge.

  • Proficiency in OPERA PMS (preferred).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
