  • Com Accounting or Equivalent.
  • Must have relevant 5 to 8 years’ experience solid tract record working as a Financial Manager within the Hospitality Industry.
  • Timeshare Financial experience ESSENTIAL.
  • VIP Payroll Experience ESSENTIAL.
  • Must have a valid driver’s licence, own transport advised.
  • Must be prepared to travel as and when required by the company.
  • Must be able to manage the financial team.
  • MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook), Advanced.
  • Reliable, Ethical, Confidentiality driven, Motivated, Honest, Passionate.
  • Valid RSA ID

Duties /Responsibilities

  • Management of accounts department,
  • Financial reporting, monthly and annually, to CFO and Board Level.
  • Creditors, Debtors, Reconciliations and Cash Management.
  • Financial Policies, procedures and all internal controls.
  • Timeshare & Owners billing & recoveries.
  • Cash Flow forecasting.
  • Payroll for total staff compliment (150 employees).
  • Training of Staff from various backgrounds and skills levels.
  • Statutory submission.
  • As the Financial Manager, your previous experience includes, but are not limited to heading up finance, as a self-driven individual with very little financial supervision.
  • You should be commercially astute with strong leadership qualities.


  • Salary negotiable (Based upon experience and qualifications).
  • Provident Fund 13% of Basic.
