Qualification with further 2 – 3 years Hotel Banqueting Coordinating experience required

Opera computer skills required.

Manage the operation of functions, weddings and conferencing and service.

the Banqueting Coordinator will take responsibility for marketing and promoting all aspects of the banqueting portfolio

to maximize sales and will participate in maintaining such systems.

Highly Developed Communication Skills

Awareness of management practices and procedures Developing and training

Self Motivated & Physically very fit

Ability to work with multi-cultural team & Ability to work shifts

Strong attention to detail is of utmost importance

Excellent Telephone / Communication skills & Ability to maintain a booking system
